SÉLESTAT HOSPITAL: WOMEN IN WHITE GOWNS ON THE FRONT LINE | JT 19.45 | M6

At the end of March Alsace passed the one thousand dead from Covid-19 mark. At the Sélestat hospital they have all cleared every inch of space to take the increasing number of sick who arrive. Doctors, nurses, the women in white gowns are on the front line. For 24 hours we followed three of these carers who are at the bedsides of those infected. Doctor Nathalie Huber is head of the Covid unit and its 130 beds. Peggy Weismann is a nurse. Doctor Virginie Grave is an ER doctor. We go inside one of the most over-worked hospitals in France.
