Cocaine Airways: pilots in agony | M6 | 66 minutes

For six months Sabine Fauret has been living anxious times. This mother of a family fears she will never see her husband again. He’s the pilot of a private jet. In March last year, along with three other Frenchmen, he was arrested during a highly publicized raid in the Dominican Republic. The Dominican police found 700kg of cocaine in the aircraft, which belonged to Alain Afflelou. Ever since then, Sabine’s husband, who is languishing in jail, has repeatedly proclaimed his innocence. At the end of the month, Sabine will go to the Dominican Republic for a most important hearing. She will find out whether her husband will finally be released or if he is to remain locked up until his trial.
