In the hinterland of Provence, in the heart of 515 hectares of nature, a small road crosses the fields of lavender and olive trees… At the very end: a 5-star hotel: the Château de Berne. Intimate place par excellence, it is the one that Stéphanie and Gaël chose to celebrate their union… At the castle, no church, no village hall… but a vegetable garden of 3000 square meters as an altar. It is also chef Louis Rameau’s favourite playground. He works vegetables, fruits, fresh herbs and flowers to the rhythm of the seasons. This is what made him famous and allowed him to obtain the Grail: his first star in the Michelin guide. He will receive it with great pomp in Saint-Tropez. A consecration. 27 rooms, 3 private villas, but above all 150 hectares of vineyards…. which feed the jewel of this treasure of Provence: the cellar. Louise is the sommelier. Every day, she introduces privileged customers to the flavors of rosé de Provence. And watches over bottles worth several thousand euros. Between authenticity and refinement, the season of the castle of Bern is launched…
