Accommodation and studies : the crisis is hitting the under 25s | M6 | 66 minutes
It’s hard to believe, but it’s true: fifteen students are packed into one caretaker’s lodge with a basement and each pays a rent of 200. A scandal? The owner defends himself by saying that in return he also makes their grub. But one thing is certain: today, the under 25s are among those hardest hit by the crisis. In general, a student lives on less than 600 per month. With that much, how can they find accommodation, feed and clothe themselves? Dilapidated student residences, odd jobs, make and mend an investigation into the misery of these young people and those who sometimes seek to exploit them?by offering young female students accommodation in return for their favours, for example.
