THE MURDER OF THE YOUNG AU PAIR GIRL IN LONDON | M6 | 66 minutes

September 20 2017, in a smart neighborhood of South London. Neighbors are alerted by a strange smell of barbecue. The police report to the scene and a charred body is discovered in a garden. The presumed victim: Sophie Lionnet, 21, an au pair.

The tenants of the house are also her employers. Ouissem Medouni, 40, and Sabrina Kouider, 34. He works in finance; she says she is a stylist, photographer and makeup artist. She has two children, one of them with Mark Walton, the founder of the famous boys band, BoyZone. They are young and attractive and they have just been charged with murder. The body itself is so badly burned that it is still impossible to identify it.

Among Sophie Lionnet’s close circle there’s shock: it’s unthinkable that anyone could wish harm on this young woman. Gentle, pretty, she was a young woman with no cares, in London to learn English. As the days go by, the character of Sabrina comes under scrutiny. According to several witnesses she acted in a violent and threatening manner towards her young au pair.

What happened? An investigation.
