The connoisseurs know that, as with wine, there are the vintage chocolates, with different flavors according to the origin of the cacao. These chocolate lovers are concerned because the Brussels commission has decided to set out new rules for its fabrication. This European regulation will enable chocolate made with vegetable oils to be sold on the market. This measure is expected to be applied by next summer and everyone who loves traditional chocolate is apprehensive.
