Rennes university : « hard liners » against non-strikers | M6 | 66 minutes
It was a crushing majority: on Monday, 62% of students voted, in a secret ballot, to resume classes at Rennes University. But a group of die-hards decided to continue the blockade of the lecture rooms. For 48 hours there was a face-off¾ sometimes tense¾ between the hard-liners and the non-strikers, until the riot police stepped in during the night. Who are these pickets? How did the University principal and the student majority cope with them? We spent a week in a university held hostage.
