Young Rumanians steal from the parking meters for a very organized criminal network. A family affair which brings in between 10 million and 12 million Euros a year. At night, adults fix the machines so they can be gotten into easily. During the day they send under-age children to pick up the money. There’s no risk for the children from police – they are released after being held a few hours.Only one such network has been broken up, thanks to a complaint from a child who claimed he had been badly treated because he didn’t bring in enough money.
