Consumption of olive oil has tripled in France in the last twenty years. The reason for this craze: an exceptional product which is at the same time a fat that is good for health and a pure fruit juice which has a large aromatic palette. Olive oil is green gold. It attracts a large number of investors, mixing foreign billionaires and local producers in Corsica.
