Investigating violence with no cure | TF1 | Le Droit de savoir

The County court (TGI) of Bobigny, in a suburb of Paris, is the Number 2 French court in terms of number of cases handled, with penal actions at the top of the list. Bobigny symbolizes the law handed down to foreigners who arrive from Roissy (Charles de Gaulle airport), foreigners who are destitute, uneducated, without a roof over their heads or a friend to ease their solitude. They come and go between the waiting zone for those not allowed into the country (ZAPI) and the court, not ever really understanding the sense of this inevitable itinerary. Our film team spent several weeks in the heart of this court.
