GADGETS, INNOVATION, HOME : BARGAIN HUNTING AT THE LYON FAIR | M6 | 66 minutes
Every year in France, a thousand or so fairs are organized all over the place. While the Foire de Paris remains the most important, in Lyon, dozens of exhibitors and hawkers have been selling their latest wares for over 100 years. One of them is Guilhem, the king of Lyon’s camelots. His star product: the window-cleaning squeegee, a favorite among housewives… For Tupperware, the Foire de Lyon is the event of the year. The brand, ultra-popular just a few years ago, is emerging from an unprecedented crisis. The brand has made the Foire de Lyon the starting point for its new adventure. A major challenge! From April 4 to 14, in the capital of gastronomy, several ephemeral restaurants will be set up to feed the 200,000 visitors expected over the 10 days of the Fair.
