FRONT LINE VETS. SO2- EP2 | Véto de choc | W9

From the North to the South of France we have followed the eventful daily lives of the men and women who rush to the aid of animals. To X-ray an injured falcon… or try to rescue a stranded dolphin. Missions that are as surprising as they are unpredictable for our extraordinary heroes. Frédéric, 42, is a star of surgery. In Marseille in the ER of the very latest veterinarian hospital, he carries out highly technical operations. With scalpel in hand he experiences a daily brush with death… Wild animals also have their guardian angels. Manon is a carer in a specialist center in the Arcachon Basin. Often, with only the means at hand, she treats all the species of an astonishing menagerie. But her fight doesn’t stop there. She has to render them capable of returning to the wild. In the Ardennes, Sabrina, 50, speeds to the rescue of animals in her own way. For 23 years, her association has been hunting down violent owners and illegal breeders. The volunteers never flinch at a confrontation. For three months, we accompanied these heroes who save our animals.
