Since the beginning of the year, the number of those killed on the roads have France has risen by more than 10%  because the behaviour of French motorists is far from exemplary: excessive speed, phoning at the wheel, every sort of scheme to avoid losing points. The police are relentlessly on the trail of those citizens who have decided to go beyond the limits of legality and put their own lives and those of others in danger.
