Anti-incivility brigade : where they pass, the dirt passes away | M6 | 66 minutes

Michael and Adrian are very special agents. Their field of action: Paris, from posh areas to lowlands. Everyday they multiply the mills, in search of a flagrante delicto, at least a dozen verbalisations daily. They are not policemen, but cleanliness inspectors of Paris, also called anti-rudeness brigade. Uncollected dog poop on the lawn of the Avenue Foch, throwing cigarette butts in the Marais or bulky deposits in Belleville … they have eyes everywhere and distribute heavy fines: 450 euros for a dog turd dropped! And since 1st October, even cigarette butts thrown on the ground will be severely punished with a 68 euro fine ! If most people put up with such rubbish, some Japanese settled in Paris take the problem seriously and have decided to clean themselves the streets of the capital once a month. In Cannes, in any case, the experience of anti-incivility brigade created a year ago is already bearing fruit, with an impressive improvement. We will be alongside these inspectors zealous followers of zero tolerance and of those citizens who dream of cleaner cities. We will be traveling in a France where the dirt is nearby.
