Three letters that stand for the neighbourhoods that it consists of: S for Saussaie / F for Floreal / C for Courtilles. Names that sound almost poetic, but convey harsh realities. Drug trafficking. Fighting. Settling scores. And yet, this summer, Thierry, at the head of his association “Small Freedom” has laid down a crazy challenge: create a vacation club amidst the housing blocks.
