In a truck parked on the forecourt of the Gare Montparnasse, chef, Babette de Rozières is using ingredients recovered from the trash bins of a supermarket that are long past their sell-by-date to prepare a West Indian style chicken dish to be served by the volunteers of France Nature and Environment to sensitise the French to food waste. Two years on from a first investigation into food waste, where is France now?
