JUVENILE DELINQUENTS: HOW TO GET THEM BACK ONTO THE STRAIGHT AND NARROW? | M6 | Zone Interdite
Ever since 2002, the most difficult of juveniles who have broken the law, or committed serious crimes, have been placed in closed educational centres (CEF), the ultimate alternative to prison. For the first time and for nearly a year, the magazine has been able to follow the everyday lives of the young people sentenced in this way. In Verdun, in the Meuse, Jordan, Kevin, Cyril and Max have to come to terms with a highly-supervised environment. In Créteil, in the Ile-de-France, Daniel, Nicolas and Issa are free to come and go, but must complete their training as waiters in the catering industry.
