A film style which combines both
a profound sensitivity, due to a very mobile camera, close
to the people being filmed, and a journalistic rigor in pursuing
in-depth investigations.
Our documentaries garner ones of the highest spectator ratings
on programs as "Le Droit de Savoir" (The Right to
Know, TF1), "Zone Interdite" (Forbidden Zone, M6)
and "Envoyé spécial" (Special Correspondent,
France 2).
Our agency has won many international awards as well. The
documentary "In Cadillac, Madness Behind the Walls" (Cadillac,
la folie derrière les murs) won first prize in the
International Scoop Festival in 1998. In 1999, our team won
two prizes at the International Festival of News and Reporting
(Grand Reportage et d’Actualité, FIGRA):
the Grand Prix for the film "Bolivia, the Miners of
the Devil" (Bolivie, les mineurs du diable) and the
Investigative Reporting Prize for "Chile, torturers
running free" (Chili, bourreaux en liberté).
Also in 1999, the film "Chile, torturers running free" was
nominated for an Emmy Award.
The flexibility of our structure but also our capacity to
provide extensive backing if necessary enables us to provide
the distributors with up to date news documents. |
