To feed and clothe his children he ran up 20,000 Euros of debt. Near Strasburg, a family redid their house. The interest rate charged by the bank: 18%! Achille is working like crazy to pay off his debts. He has registered as debtor with the Bank of France. French people who are discovering that faced with this hell, there are still some willing to help them, some recourse and sometimes even solutions to their money problems.
