DOOR-TO-DOOR | M6 | 66 minutes

There are more than 670,000 door-to-door salesmen traveling the roads of France with their little cases, all ready to set up shop in your living room. More than 50 years after the birth of Tupperware, the days when this activity was only for rural areas are over. Today, it’s in fashion with a young clientele looking for novelty and a moment of conviviality. With an annual turnover of 4 billion Euros, the sector has never been so healthy. Although for most sellers it’s a second income, 40% of them have it as their main employment. Some of them, even, after years of effort, manage to earn over 10,000 Euros per month. We take a close look at a profession on the rise, at the daily lives of traveling salesmen.
