They are so dangerous that no prison, no psychiatric hospital wants them. For them, only one solution, the last solution : the unit for difficult cases in the city of Cadillac. One hundred and four men are interned there, a danger for anyone who approaches them. They are the 104 most dangerous madmen in France. Our camera was able to share the lives of these sick people and their nurses for a month.
