There is Hervé, the veteran with twenty-three years of service, Bernard who almost had to stop everything because of a strange illness, Bruno who supports him behind the scenes. There is Cedric the youngest of the firehouse, and Guillaume, professional during the week and a volunteer on weekends. These five men are professional fire fighters at the Villeurbanne-Cusset firehouse near Lyon.
