It’s an aggression with fearsome effects that can disfigure for life: an acid attack. In France, fortunately, victims can be counted on the fingers of one hand, but in Great Britain it has become a social phenomenon: more than 600 attacks in a year. In London, there’s even more than one per day! The terrible thing is the consequences: the acid burns and literally melts the skin, in most cases causing irreversible damage to victims of attack.
